4. Meal preference: Vegetarian/No Beef/Halal
5. Payment by cash: Please advise where will be convenient for cash collection
6. Payment by Cheques: Address will be sent to you upon request but we encourage payment by cash to avoid missing cheques by post. Thank you for your consideration.
