The 57th Australian Alumni Singapore ("AAS") Anniversary Dinner held at Orchard Hotel was graced by His Excellency Mr. Doug Chester (Australian High Commissioner to Singapore) and Mr. Khaw Boon Wan (Minister for National Development). The dinner also serves as a farewell to His Excellency whose term of appointment will end towards the end of the year. As Patron of AAS, His Excellency has been very supportive of the Australian Alumni Associations. Therefore, as institution member of AAS, we in UMAAS were also there to bid our sincere farewell to His Excellency.
UMAAS was seated at lucky Table 21 where our lucky alumni, Jade Loh Lay Kheng, won an Australian Red Wine through a luck draw held towards the end of the dinner (lucky ticket # 154). Jade has been very kind to have shared this tasty prize to all of us around the table. Thanks Jade!
