Dear Alumnus from the University of Melbourne,
The annual general meeting for the Association in Singapore will be held in this Saturday at 11am.
We would like to invite new member volunteers to come join us in our committee as we need new ideas and support for the group.
To those who are not yet members, the deadline to join as member is at 12 midnight Thursday night 28 May 2009.
You can do so by completing our membership form (please find it from our blog website to download the form), and forwarding it to our secretary Mr. Maurice Ling c/o rachel@danielteo.com by due deadline/ time. You can also fax it to 65-62241149.
Upon payment of the membership fees on the day of the AGM, you are welcome to stand for a position in the committee.
For those members who are outstation, please use the proxy form (please find it from last post) to nominate a member to vote on your behalf.
